Our Young Environmentalists received a National Award (Senior Category) at a sit‑down ceremony in Croke Park 🎉 for their outstanding work promoting a plastic‑free community ♻️💚
🚰 Driving Refill not Landfill by securing a water bottles grant from Clare County Council, providing reusable bottles in 1st year orientation packs
☕ Promoting compostable cups and packaging with local businesses
🍎 Nationally liaising with TD Timmy Dooley and Minister Dara Calleary to support the Hot Meals School Programme using locally sourced food in compostable packaging
🤝 We were delighted to be joined by Michelle Tuohy, past pupil of St. Joseph’s, from the AIB Ennis Branch
💶 A fantastic €1,250 prize to be reinvested in our Green Schools Programme.
